Welcome to Wind Hill Resort. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, making a reservation, or staying at our resort, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Reservations and Bookings

1.1 Making a Reservation

Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or via email. All reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or deposit.

1.2 Guest Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation, including your full name, contact details, and payment information. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

1.3 Payment

All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during the booking process.

1.4 Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged for the first night's stay
• No-shows will be charged for the entire stay

Special rates or packages may have different cancellation policies, which will be specified at the time of booking.

2. Check-in and Check-out

2.1 Check-in

Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2.2 Check-out

Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.

2.3 Identification

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation at check-in. For international guests, a valid passport is required.

3. Resort Policies

3.1 Smoking Policy

Wind Hill Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms. A cleaning fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be charged for violations of this policy.

3.2 Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed on the property, with the exception of service animals. Please notify us in advance if you will be accompanied by a service animal.

3.3 Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property caused by themselves, their guests, or pets. The resort reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages, cleaning fees, or missing items.

3.4 Right to Refuse Service

Wind Hill Resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest who violates these Terms, engages in illegal activities, or causes a disturbance to other guests.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wind Hill Resort shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on our website or property
• Any other matter relating to our services

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wind Hill Resort or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bogor, Indonesia.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
