Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or via email. All reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or deposit.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation, including your full name, contact details, and payment information. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during the booking process.
Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation at check-in. For international guests, a valid passport is required.
Wind Hill Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms. A cleaning fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be charged for violations of this policy.
Pets are not allowed on the property, with the exception of service animals. Please notify us in advance if you will be accompanied by a service animal.
Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property caused by themselves, their guests, or pets. The resort reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages, cleaning fees, or missing items.
Wind Hill Resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest who violates these Terms, engages in illegal activities, or causes a disturbance to other guests.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wind Hill Resort shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wind Hill Resort or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bogor, Indonesia.
